The Autumn Sanctuary

How to style a tranquil haven aligned with nature & embracing positive living.

Join us for an enchanting and immersive styling experience alongside Cheryl Carr from Albert & Grace and our special guest, ‘Floral Godmother’ Nadine Brown from The Ivy Institute as we take you on an inspiring journey through the season of Autumn, focusing on creating calm and sustainable spaces.

This workshop presents a unique opportunity to hit the pause button and engage in a moment of reflection and rejuvenation. As Autumn gracefully slows down, signalling a collective brain shift, we invite you to consider our connection to nature and draw inspiration from its seasonal cues. Amidst the changing colors and cooling temperatures, this gathering encourages a thoughtful exploration, emphasising the importance of slowing down, creating daily rituals, and adapting our living spaces to align with the evolving season. It’s a chance to reset and realign, harmonising our inner selves with our environment.

Over the course of a full day, we’ll take you on a relaxed journey through the Autumn season, emphasising the creation of serene, aromatic spaces using found, foraged, and repurposed items. We’ll delve into the interplay between nature, interiors, and well-being, allowing you to pause and realign with the new season.

Armed with our top tips and tricks, you'll depart at the end of the day brimming with inspiration and the confidence to infuse tranquility into your own spaces, harmonising with nature and fostering positive living.
