Five ways to unwind with Golden Hour

1/ Add 5–10 drops to the water in your oil burner or vaporiser to to promote calm, inner peace and tranquility. 2/ Create a scented foot spa for weary feet. Add 1-5 drops of Golden Hour before soaking. Add optional dried flowers or herbs. Surround yourself with candle light. 3/ Drop 1-5 drops into a warm bath for a soothing and relaxing soak. Lie back and breathe deeply. 4/ Add 2 drops to 10mL of your chosen carrier oil for relaxing massage oil. 5/ Place a few drops on your pillow to aid sleep and drift off to dreamland.
